Cryotherapy
Whole-body cryotherapy surrounds you with air cooled far below freezing for two to three minutes. Your skin cools quickly, blood moves toward your core, and when you step out it returns to the surface warm and oxygenated.
Most people come for the same reasons athletes do: soreness after training, stiff joints, and the clear-headed lift that tends to follow a session. It is short, it is dry, and you are dressed and back in your day inside of ten minutes.
First visit takes a little longer — we walk you through the chamber, the breathing, and how to tell us if you want out early. You can always step out early.
Dry skin and dry clothing only. We provide gloves, socks and clogs. Remove jewellery.
Two to three minutes in the chamber, head above the rim, turning slowly. Staff stay with you the whole time.
No downtime. Light movement helps. Most people book two to three sessions a week.
