Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy puts specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light onto the skin. The light is absorbed by your cells and, in the research, is associated with changes in how those cells produce energy.
People book it for skin — tone, texture, and the appearance of fine lines — and for recovery alongside cold work. It is warm, quiet and entirely passive. Ten to twenty minutes, eyes protected, nothing to do.
It pairs naturally with cryotherapy: cold first, light after, is the most common way our members run it.
Clean, product-free skin on the areas being treated. We provide eye protection.
Ten to twenty minutes under the panels. Warm, bright, and completely passive.
Nothing to do. Most people run it two to four times a week while they are working on something specific.
